This website was designed using Adobe© Dreamweaver.

The layout is done in 3 frames. The upper frame contains a fixed image and text. The left frame is the menu frame. The main frame is actually a split frame, with the main (left) portion delivering user requested content. The right frame displays current announcements and important information.

Since the website is done in a framed architecture, a return link to the main site is provided on most pages for which the intended target is the main frame. This is done for instances in which the search engine returns a sub-document so that the user can easily navigate back to the main site should he or she wish.

Webmasters and users are invited to link to articles and book pages on this site. Should a page address ever be moved, the user will be redirected to the new page in a seamless manner. This is done to prevent any broken or expired links from appearing on any website that links to this site. Any changes in site structure will be documented on this page.

Many files on this site contain server side includes. This is done for two reasons. The first is to increase the access speed of the second and subsequent pages accessed from this website under certain circumstances. The second is to facilitate extraction of the contact information from the text and replace with the licensee's contact information when the text is licensed for use by another user.

The entire site is designed to run intact with cookies disabled and the security level for the internet zone set to High.
