Important Notice Regarding My Telephone Service
In November, 2011, AT&T did it once again. The incompetence of AT&T is beyond belief, and cannot even be expressed in words. As you read this, keep in mind that my office phone is through MetroPCS, not AT&T. I do not use any AT&T services, nor will I ever.
On November 1st, 2011, AT&T decided to assign my office number, 678 947-4554 to someone else. My number was assigned by AT&T to a DSL only line. When someone attempted to call my office from a landline, a message indicating the service has not yet been set up was heard. They claimed to have fixed the problem, but up until November 9, 2011, AT&T broadcasted the message that my phone number has been changed to another number. This amounted to a 9 day outage. This was not the first time this has happened with AT&T. In the Summer of 2010, AT&T reassigned my office number to someone else, causing a sporadic and unpredictable 6 week outage of service.
As if all this was not enough, AT&T thinks that they do not owe me any compensation at all for recklessly interrupting my business by assigning my personal number to another individual. So, as a result, I shall leave this page up on my website until they change their mind.
I strongly suggest that anyone who uses AT&T services, whether for landline, cell, or internet services, find another provider. Most everyone has had trouble with AT&T at one time or another. Why let it continue?
